SUMMARY OF WHAT WE THE PEOPLE MUST DO
TO GET OUR PUBLIC SERVANTS TO DO THEIR JOB

Work from the same agenda and plans as much as possible using the draft Universal Agenda: A Vision and Road Map of America in a Peaceful, Prosperous World, is proposed as a starting point. It includes open ended lists of:

• Bold Goals
• Problems, concerns and challenges that stand in the way of reaching these goals
• General underlying causes of these problems, concerns and challenges.
• Actions required to overcome the concerns and challenges, correct their underlying causes and reach the bold goals. By correcting the underlying causesthe same problems will not likely happen again.
  
  

Build a nationwide matrix organization of non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) and individuals by area of interest and Zip Code.

Refine and Implement the Plan for a People’s Information and Education Program which will include convincing ourselves and others:

• Of the urgency of change and reform
• There is an abundance in the world and enough for everyone if we cooperate, conserve and recycle. The economic history of mankind shows that with automation and other productivity gains, five per-cent of the world's population could provide food, clothing and housing for the entire world. Funds for what needs to be done could come from stopping illegal wars and unnecessary defense spending and by recouping the $23.7 trillion illegally and unconstitutionally given or committed to banks and financial institutions.
• We must work together better. This is not a battle between liberals and conservatives or democrats and republicans. The primary underlying causes of the current economical problems is the power lust and greed of some of the wealthy and their agents.  Their agents use class warfare and politics to divide and demoralize the people with tactics of diversion, division, deconstruction, defamation, and disinformation (black propaganda). If they win, they will take even more public money and resources.
• That many talented people and leaders are available in our NGOs, military, government, and industry who will work with us on common goals.
• We will succeed. The current wars and occupations will be the world's last. We will have social and economic justice for all. We will address and resolve our health care, global warming, fresh water, energy and other challenges.

Discreetly and humanely prosecute officials and others who have broken the law as outlined in ProsecuteOfficals.org

Demand in writing that Public Servants:

• Truly care for the people, environment and natural resources of the U. S.
• Adhere to the spirit-intent of their oath of office and the Constitution.
• Fairly enforce the rule of law.
• Prohibit lobbying and get money out of politics.
• Reform Campaign Finance and election processes.
• Restore Congress's Constitutional checks against presidential power.
• Accomplish the Solutions in the Universal Agenda: A Vision and Road Map of America in a Peaceful, Prosperous World.

In addition to outlining what is demanded of them, these letters should put Public Servants on clear notice concerning unacceptable performance and the probability of additional actions if any unacceptable performance is not corrected. In particular, these letters should tell them if they do not intend to do their jobs and live up to their oath of office, that they must step down, be impeached and/or prosecuted.

SALIENT DEMANDS

Demand that public servants in all three branches of the government:

• Truly care for the people, the environment and natural resources of the entire world.
• Adhere to their oaths of office and the spirit and intent of the Constitution and enforce the rule of law
• Prohibit lobbying, get money out of politics and reform the election process.
• Order an immediate, unilateral cease fire in Iraq & Afghanistan. Halt all attacks and covert operations in Pakistan and elsewhere. Cease all military aid for Israel and other oppressive regimes.
• Apologize and announce plans to withdraw all US troops and contractors from the Mideast.
• Mount massive relief efforts and Implement “Marshall Plans” in Afghanistan, Iraq and Palestine.
• Stop all spying on citizens, warrantless arrests, renditions, torture and abuse.
• Close Guantanamo and all secret prisons.
• Phase in UN Security and Peace-Keeping missions to replace all US troops.
• Troops return home to provide leadership, training, logistics and technical personnel for a new WPA and Civilian Conservation Corps.
• Drastically reduce DoD spending and the size of our standing army.
• Nationalize the Federal Reserve & operate it as an agency of the government.
• Recoup the $23.7 trillion provided or committed to banks and other financial institutions.
• Create 20 million jobs at living wages over the next four months and ultimately job opportunities for all to help provide for example:
  • Comprehensive Medicare (single payer) health care & long term care for all
  • A modern, nationwide transportation system
  • Alternative energy sources
  • Affordable housing, healthy food, clean water, community banking and broadband access for all.
• Provide fair, simple, progressive income/ revenue and property taxes on individuals and corporations
• Impeach and/or prosecute public servants who have broken the law or refuse to do their jobs.
