The objectives of this plan include:
17.4.1 Cease “Fast Track” and return control of trade agreements to Congress as required by the Constitution, Article I, Section. 8: The Congress shall have Power ... To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations.
17.4.2 Eliminate all free trade agreements, including NAFTA, and on a case-by-case basis negotiate fair trade agreements.
17.4.3 Cease all work on and do not confirm any additional free trade agreements in particular the Trans Pacific Partnership. Reform or drop out of the corporation controlled World Trade Organization.
