52. Urgent Priority UN SDG Target Action Plans

This Document provides a list of urgent priority TAPs that should be implemented as rapidly as possible and is Document #52 of the Massive Global Movement and Universal Strategic Plan for a Permanently Peaceful, Prosperous, Just, Sustainable World described at www.PeopleNow.org

52.2    Purpose


Provide a list of Urgent Priority Actions which should be implemented as rapidly as possible

 

52.3    Objectives


The objectives of this plan include:

 

52.3.1 To help coordinate, prioritize, "sequence" and implement priority Actions while the project management system is being developed and implemented.

 

52.3.2 Provide issues for platforms for candidates for office.

 

52.3.3 As issues for candidate debates

 

52.4    Urgent Priority TAPs:


Public Servants working with the people refine and implement the below UN SDG Target Action Plans as rapidly as possible. Additional TAPs will be added to the Agenda as we go along and the entire Common Agenda should be completed or at least well underway before the end of the 114th Congress.. The numbered items are the Target Action Plans(TAP) that group related Actions. This list is tentative because we want anyone who likes to add additional proposed Actions.

 

52.4.1 TAP #18. Take all Nuclear Weapons Off Alert. End All U.S. Wars, Occupations, Use of Force, Sanctions, Military Alliances and Empire Building, Close Overseas Bases and Bring all Troops and Contractors Home,home. (The Kellogg-Briand Pact of 1928 outlawed all wars and requires that the settlement or solution of all disputes or conflicts of whatever nature or of whatever origin they may be, which may arise among them, shall never be sought except by pacific means. Legislators cannot legally authorize presidents to use force. (See Proof of the Unconstitutionality and Illegality of the U. S. Wars/Occupations and Use of Force) In particular:

 

52.4.2 TAP #1 Achieve Full and Productive Employment At Living-wages Primarily TAP #2 Provide Affordable Needs and Necessities for a Decent Life and Implement Other TAPs in particular TAP # 25 Decrease the Rate and Degree of Global Warming and Mitigate its Adverse Effects.

 

52.4.3 TAP #31. Provide funds from the Summary of Funding Sources to accomplish the work in the strategic plan, eliminate deficit spending, pay down the national debt and end sequestration and austerity programs. In particular:

 

52.4.3.1          Enact a progressive property tax on the net assets of both individuals, corporations, companies and other entities, provide generous tax deductions based on the worthiness of charitable causes being supported, eliminate income, sales, estate, corporate and all other taxes and simplify tax codes at all levels of government. This should and can be done rapidly by any town, city county or State.

 

52.4.3.2          Vacate as null and void the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, nationalize the Federal Reserve and recover/disgorge as much as possible of the over $2.1 trillion of U.S. Treasury Securities and the over $1.4 trillion of mortgage backed securities and all other assets of significant value which were acquired directly or indirectly by the Federal Reserve and any of the unpaid over $37 trillion of the low and no interest loans, grants and all assets of significance that were acquired directly or indirectly with these loans. All Central Banks around the World should be nationalized.
