The Holistic Strategy to Integrate, Refine and Implement
The UN Sustainability Development Goals and Targets and the Massive Global Movement and Universal Strategic Plan (MGM&USP)

Implementing the Holistic Strategy:

All the following information and data will be inserted into an easily searchable (using Ctrl-F)  relational data base type system with all information entered in only one place and related items appropriately linked with a search-system to find specific actions, tasks, sub-tasks and words.. For example the members of a working group working on a certain action would be linked to that action. The elements of this holistic strategy are:

1.  In one place, list all significant work that must be accomplished to refine and implement The UN SDGs and MGM&USP to have  a permanently peaceful, prosperous, just and sustainable world --the Common Agenda. Anyone with ideas or already working on a cause not included in the Common Agenda are welcome to add it.

2. Include every willing individual, movements, organizations and groups working on progressive change and reform around the world in The Nonpartisan, Nonhierarchic, Massive Global Matrix Network (MGMN) of Individuals, Their Partner Organization, Events and Their Nine Digit Zip Codes for each which provides their Location, Neighborhood, Community, City, State, and Political District. Organizations, movements and groups would continue to email to their own lists and to the working groups that they take the lead on and maintain their own lists. There will no central database of all names and email addresses.

3. Summarize all available funding sources in the Summary of Funding-Sources which shows funding is available to do all needed work rapidly.

4. Inform and educate the public and private sectors on all aspects of the UN SDGs and MGM&USP using the People’s Online, Global Factual Information and Education Program. Provide easy access to all relevant information and other relevant online programs in particular Wikipedia. Keeping everything possible posted online will greatly reduce email and twitter traffic.

5. Work Together to Promote, Refine, and Implement the UN SDGs and MGM&USP. Movements, organizations, groups, and individuals volunteer to work on—or take the lead on—specific National Policies, action plans, and actions in which they are interested.

6. Coordinate, Prioritize, and Sequence all Actions, Tasks and Subtasks Manually at First and Then Others with an Advanced Project Management and Communication System in an Improved, Larger, Central Office. Before taking any significant action, its ramifications must be understood and taken into account. Many SDG Target Action Plans can be implemented simultaneously by multiple progressive organizations. This system will probably be based on a combination of IBM's Watson and Microsoft's Project, Visual Studio and Office 365.

7. Use only specific, non-violent, non-confrontational means and no civil disobedience as described in the Review of the Manual for NonviolenceViolence will not work and even if it did, another more violent faction would eventually take over.

8.  Accomplish critical actions to implement urgent UN SDGs and Targets from the following SDG Target Action Plan (TAP) :

Why the Holistic Strategy to refine and implement the Sustainable Development Goals is necessary:

In his book, The Sane Society, Eric Fromm states: "Change must be a simultaneous change in economic, education, political and cultural spheres. Changes restricted to one sphere are destructive of every change."

For example, when wars are permanently ended and most of the millions of military personnel and manufacturers of weapons, munitions, combat ships and aircraft in the DOD-MIC are no longer needed, there must be:

Otherwise as Fromm predicts releasing DOD-MIC personnel will:

This does not mean that wars should not be ended immediately. However, we must plan ahead and be prepared.

We will do more than just end war, conflict, and poverty, we will overcome the tough problems and challenges that we face and—given our productivity, technology, and accumulated knowledge—have peace and prosperity for all.
