The objectives of this plan include:
24.4.1 Place bans or moratoriums on fracking, mountain top removal, strip mining, gold mining and tar sands extraction and product pipe lines.
24.4.2 Support development of clean, renewable energy sources and energy conservation measures.
24.4.3 Cease all fissionable materials enrichment projects and programs and end loan guarantees for building new reactor plants.
24.4.4 Phase out all existing nuclear power plants as rapidly as possible beginning with the least safe.
24.4.5 Ban ANWR or deep, off-shore drilling.
24.4.6 Freeze the sale or lease of off-shore drilling areas and mineral rights.
